This therapy light is amazing!
I like to use small red light therapy masks for my face, so I was excited to try this body therapy lamp. This lamp is fantastic! The package includes lamps, a stand, and a pair of inexpensive sunglasses. The lamps and stands are well-made, and I love that both are adjustable. The stand can be easily adjusted to different heights, and the lamps can be easily aligned to the desired angle. The lamp also comes with a brochure that clearly explains its use and the respective color. The lamps have multiple brightness levels and 7 colors that can be used for different therapies. The controls are easy to use, and there's a timer for each session. I use it for 10 minutes every few days, and it provides me with much-needed relaxation. I highly recommend it!
