I got it for knee pain. The first time I tried it, I could feel the warmth. It gave me hope. I used it several times a day for a week. And during that week, the pain wasn't noticeably better. With continued use, I was able to move my knee more freely again. I use the flashlight as needed. I can target specific areas, which is very comfortable. I love that! It comes with a pair of goggles to wear during use. There's also a handy little pouch for storage. I'm very happy with this product. So happy, in fact, that I've bought more Freyara red light therapy products.

His hips just aren't what they used to be, and this would help him immediately: After just five minutes, he could stand up, walk around, and even run! I started using it for my right rib pain (costochondritis). The pain started in September 2024 when I stood up and twisted the right side of my body incorrectly. The pain worsens when I reach up with my right arm, during certain exercises, long car rides, etc., so it doesn't have enough time to fully heal. Walking, a pain balm, and my BioMat only temporarily relieve my pain. With regular use of the Freyara lamp, I can be pain-free for days, or the pain has reduced by at least 75%. I used it in combination with my daily supplements when my test came back positive.

I've only done one session so far. The instructions are clear and understandable, and the product is lightweight and easy to hold and operate. I look forward to using it more often and seeing great results! I'm already considering buying another one for my father.

Excellent product. I've had my eye on this product for a while. I got a great deal, and I'm ready. I plan to use it with my other Freyara products.

I suffer from severe neck and shoulder pain and a muscle strain. Daily use on those specific areas is beneficial. As I approach 60, I also use it for skincare and toning on my face and neck.

I've been using the LED red and blue light therapy device for almost two weeks, and it's worked wonders for my stiff neck. I sit at my computer all day, and my neck is completely stiff and very inflamed. I wanted to try it because the pain in my neck had become unbearable. I have to say, the inflammation has decreased significantly, and the pain is less frequent. I only use it about once a day. I could use it more often, but honestly, I just forget and don't have time. It's a great size, looks like a little flashlight! So far, fantastic!

It's small and portable! I took it on a trip last weekend and was so glad to have it for my foot, which I sprained jumping off a block. After using it, I was able to skate for two hours without pain :)
