I've used it twice and it's super easy to use. Just follow the simple instructions. I just got it this morning and had to charge the battery. I started with one hand and then moved on to the other. I feel a slight, pleasant warmth. Next, I'll use it on my shoulders and back, and the warmth I felt on my hand gives me hope for a better tomorrow.
